Unless the quality and look exceed our extremely high design criteria, we will not substitute an item.

The delivery date is an estimate because our items are transported through our courier partners. We try our best to match the delivery estimate. However, it is possible that the item might get delivered earlier. Gift delivery can be delayed at times, though, we make every effort to ensure that this does not happen.
Sundays and national holidays are normally not available for delivery; however, our courier partners may deliver on those days in select situations.
