Cancellations may be considered at the sole discretion of Makemypresent subject the following:

• The request must be made through Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order. The request will not be considered once the order has been communicated to the shipping agent.

• Money will not be refunded. It will be converted to store credit that can be used later to make a new order.
