- We pride ourselves on supporting local artisan businesses by including their goods in our gift boxes. The lead time for handmade items/ gift boxes inclusive of handmade items might exceed 1-3 business days.
- Although we try not to, occasionally, substitution is necessary due to temporary unavailability issues of items included in gift boxes. We reserve the right to substitute an item of a similar type, of an equivalent or greater value, and as near to your original item as feasible if an item is unavailable at the time of your order. Unless the quality and look exceed our extremely high design criteria, we will not substitute an item.
- Please be noted that we are a newly established online store and are still working to strengthen our delivery network to ensure faster delivery. We request you to place your orders at least 3-4 days in advance of the occasion. Please check the delivery estimate below the product before placing your order.
- The delivery date is an estimate because our items are transported through our courier partners. We try our best to match the delivery estimate. However, it is possible that the item might get delivered earlier. Gift delivery can be delayed at times, though, we make every effort to ensure that this does not happen.
- Sundays and national holidays are normally not available for delivery; however, our courier partners may deliver on those days in select situations.
